Delivery & Returns

Singapore (Local) Shipping:

We offer FREE delivery within Singapore for all items on orders of SGD 200 or more.

For orders below SGD200, a flat delivery fee of SGD20 applies.

Delivery Timelines:

    • Central Singapore: Between 2 to 3 working days 

    • Other region in Singapore: 3 to 5 Working days 

Once your order is placed, you'll receive a confirmation email. When your items are ready to ship, a second email will be sent with dispatch details.

Some of our lamps are stored in our European warehouse and will take 2-5 weeks to deliver.

International shipping:

For international shipping, please contact us, so we can calculate the shipping costs.

Please note: International orders may be subject to taxes and duties. These fees are charged by your local government and are separate from our shipping fees.

Collection from our showroom:

If you would like to try before you buy you are more than welcome to visit LuxeLights, our multiband store in Takashimaya Departmental Store, Basement 1.

All prices mentioned on our website are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and include Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 9%.

Returns & exchanges

It’s okay to change your mind!

We want you to be happy with every purchase so in the event you change your mind, please return your items within 7 days of purchase.

    • Customers must keep and produce a proof of purchase and delivery.

    • The items must be unused, in the original packaging and in a re-saleable condition to receive a full refund.

    • Shipment of the items back to us must be organized by you at your cost, including any possible taxes, duties or fees, if applicable  (for overseas customers) imposed by the authorities.

    • Make sure the items are properly packed because we are not responsible for any damages or loss when the items are sent back to us.

    • Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 5-7 working days depending on the issuing bank of the credit card.

    • We’re not liable and don’t take responsibility for any bank or credit card charges that you may incur during the refund process.

Items that were discounted, customized, specially ordered or made to order cannot be returned.

Returning sale items:

Unfortunately, items on sale (discounted) or customized/made to order cannot be returned.

Defective or incorrect products:

If you receive a defective or incorrect product we will exchange your item/s for you. Email us within 48 hours at sales@luxelights.sg with your order number to confirm you have received an incorrect or defective item.

Products that have been tampered with are not eligible for an exchange or credit note.
