1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or placing an order on www.luxelights.sg (the “Website”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or place any orders.

2. Parties

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to place an order. 

4. Products & Pricing

4.1 All prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and include GST where applicable.

4.2 We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.

4.3 Images are for illustration only. Actual colour, finish, or dimensions may vary slightly.

4.4 We make every effort to display accurate stock levels, but occasionally items may become 

unavailable after an order is placed. In such cases, we will offer a refund or suitable alternative.

5. Orders & Payment

5.1 An order constitutes an offer to purchase. We accept your offer when we send an order 

confirmation email.

5.2 Payment is processed securely by HitPay (PCI-DSS compliant). We do not store your full payment 

card details.

5.3 Full payment is required at the time of order.

6. Delivery (Singapore only)

6.1 Delivery fees and estimated times are shown at checkout.

6.2 Risk passes to you upon delivery or collection.

6.3 Delivery times are estimates only; we are not liable for delays caused by couriers or unforeseen events.

7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

7.1 Change of mind: 14-day return period for unused items in original packaging (customer pays 

return shipping).

7.2 Faulty or incorrect items: Free return and replacement or full refund.

7.3 Custom-made or personalised items are non-returnable unless faulty.

7.4 Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item. 

8. Warranty

8.1 All products come with a minimum 12-month manufacturer’s warranty against defects (unless 

otherwise stated).

8.2 Warranty does not cover misuse, improper installation, or normal wear and tear.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website (photos, descriptions, logos) is owned by or licensed to Accendo Luxe Pte 

Ltd. You may not reproduce or use it without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the value of your order.

10.2 We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

11. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control 

(e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, supply chain disruptions).

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the non-

exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.

13. Amendments

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be published on this page.
